Introducing our newest class – PB (Personal Best)
NEW CLASS – PB (PERSONAL BEST)

Want to track your performance over time? This is now possible with our new PB (Personal Best) timeslot. This class will be hosted twice each cycle, at the end of Phase I and Phase II. The purpose of this class is to:
- Track performance across 4 Main Lifts (Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, Push Press)
- Improve technique on the Main Lifts
- Give you guidance on how much you can lift, so then you can have a benchmark during the Strength-based classes
- Introduce a bit of friendly competition
How it works:
The class will start with movement prep and mobility drills. We will then go over the technique for each lift in detail. From there, we will start loading weights on the barbell progressively, until we get to our 2 Rep Max weight level. 2 coaches will be there to support you throughout the class.
Schedule: The first class will be held on the 12th of June, 2022 at 10 am In this class, we will focus on just 2 of the lifts, BB Squat and BB Bench Press.
Is this class included in the Membership?
Yes, this class is free for all Unlimited Members. Those on class packs will use 1 credit. If you are interested in just attending this class and you don't have an active package, you can join for the drop in price of 350k.
If you can’t make it this time, don’t fret. We will be having a PB timeslot once every Phase, so once every 4 weeks.
This is your chance to get on the scoreboard. We will have a board in reception, with your name and your 5 Rep Max for each of the lifts. In every PB class, you can test your new 5RM and try to beat your own score. Yes, this is the equivalent of ‘bragging rights!

Hurry up, there are only 10 slots available! If you are interested in this class, please sign up directly on Mindbody. Given the limited number of slots available, please let us know at least 24hrs in advance if you have to cancel so we can give your slot to someone else.
