What is a Hustle Class like?

In a word, it’s electrifying. We start with a group warm up and explanation of all stations. Then you’ll spend the rest of class moving from station to station - some classes have an in-between group exercise as well.

What if I can't do everything in class? I haven't worked out in a while.

Don’t sweat it. If you can move, you can Hustle. Instructors offer modifications for many of the exercises we do in class, so you’ll have options.

Is there a beginner class?

No, but all of our classes are suitable for beginners. We also offer private coaching if you’d like to brush up with some one-on-one technique before you step into a class setting, but it’s certainly not a pre-req for taking class.

Do you have lockers?

We sure do. No need to bring a lock, we’ve got that covered as well.

Do you have water or should I bring my own?

We're doing our part for the environment so we don't sell plastic water bottles. Please bring your own reusable bottle and you can fill it up at our water station.

Is there food available at Hustle?

We've got smoothies and healthy snacks powered by our friends from La Holista.

Do I need to create an account online?

Yes. It’s very simple and should take you less than 1 minute.

When do classes become available to book online?

2 full weeks of classes become available for booking every Monday at 7 AM.

Something came up. Can I cancel?

If you need to cancel class, please do so at least 2 hours before your class. You can cancel your class by clicking on the “My Classes” tab or contacting us at [email protected] or call at +84 375 711 923. If you do not show for your reservation without cancelling, you will be charged for that reservation.
